My TutorCloud is a service that enables parents or guardians (“Parents”) to enroll their children (“Learners”) in online small-group courses, as well as registered teachers (“Teachers”) to develop, market, and deliver such lessons (the “Services”). This Privacy Statement explains how My TutorCloud collects and utilizes personal information from registered Parents, Teachers, and Learners of the My TutorCloud Services, as well as visitors to our public website (https://mytutorcloud.com) and mobile app (collectively, “Sites”).
