My TutorCloud is a service that enables parents or guardians (“Parents”) to enroll their children (“Learners”) in online small-group courses, as well as registered teachers (“Teachers”) to develop, market, and deliver such lessons (the “Services”). This Privacy Statement explains how My TutorCloud collects and utilizes personal information from registered Parents, Teachers, and Learners of the My TutorCloud Services, as well as visitors to our public website (https://mytutorcloud.com) and mobile app (collectively, “Sites”).

  • Required Personal Data: Teachers must provide background check data and keep cameras on during live classes. Learners must have video enabled at the start of class (subject to exceptions) for identity verification.
  • Non-personal details about your Website interactions: URLs, clickstream data, products viewed, page response times, visit duration, interaction information, etc.
